A. Eligibility: Past/present city resident, former Open or Four Ball Champion, present member of

Brockton Country Club, Thorny Lea Golf Club, D. W. Field Golf Course or White Pines Golf Club.

*B. Burden of proof of residency lies with contestants and must accompany application if you have never

Been a participant. Contestants can and will be denied entry without satisfactory documentation.

C. Members of Lebaron Hills CC, Halifax CC and Segregansett CC are also eligible to compete in the seeded

Division only. After their first year of competition, the committee will discuss future division placement.

1) A photocopy of each contestant's USGA GHIN or Association card with handicap must accompany this application.

A team not providing proper handicap verification will be seeded.

2) To guarantee the integrity of the tournament, the committee will seed or field teams as they deem appropriate.

3) At time of application, a handicap index of 9.0 or less is required.

4) A cut will be used after day one and two in each division. The % used will be determined by the number of teams

entered in each division

5) Carts are available by reservation with golf course Pros.

Tournament field may be limited. Teams will be accepted by the aggregate total of their handicap indexes.

Team application fee is $150.
